This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as ELITEE ANIMATES.

At Elitee Animates, we aim for complete client satisfaction. However, due to the customized nature of 3D animation services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Before Work Begins: 100% refund if cancellation is requested before the project starts.

• After Initial Work: Partial refund may be considered if only concept or draft stage has been delivered.

• After Final Delivery: No refunds once the completed animation has been delivered.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• If the client fails to provide required information, feedback, or approvals.

• If the project is delayed due to client-side issues.

• For change-of-mind cancellations after substantial work is completed.

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We encourage clients to use the included revisions for adjustments instead of requesting refunds.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
